DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Club Culture & Community Involvement
  • Assist with creating a positive and inclusive club culture by engaging with members and supporting community events.
  • Help enhance social media engagement to strengthen the connection with members and promote a sense of community.

Prospecting & Member Engagement
  • Support the membership team by conducting follow-ups through phone calls, text messages, and emails with members and prospects (no cold calls).
  • Set appointments for the Club Manager and Training Manager when necessary.

Club Cleanliness & Maintenance
  • Clean and maintain the club, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and pristine environment for members.
  • Regularly clean equipment, common areas, and restrooms, ensuring the club remains tidy and well-maintained.

Operations & Administrative Support
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as counting the till and ensuring proper handling of payments.
  • Collect and enter payments from members.
  • Support the team with any additional tasks or projects as assigned.

Scheduling
  • Monday-Thursday 1-6p & Friday 9-1p.

Requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
  • Proficient in MS Office with ability to learn new software.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to lead a team, self-starter.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Personal Training Certification a plus.
  • 1-3 years of Sales experience preferred.
  • CPR, First Aid and AED certified preferred. Ability to obtain certifications is required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • Work is a customer facing indoor gym setting with a low to moderate noise level.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Less than 5% on an annual basis.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
