Are you a current Junior or Senior in college that is seeking an Internship with a Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field Focus? If so, then look no more! Republic Finance is seeking Interns for our Software Development Test Engineer team!
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT-Quality Assurance Intern to join our IT-QA team. This position provides a unique opportunity to collaborate with experienced IT professionals while gaining hands-on experience with QA testing practices. As a Test Engineer, you will collaborate with developers, QA teams, and product managers. This role is based in our Plano, TX office on a hybrid schedule.
Key responsibilities include:
• Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and testing scripts to ensure software applications fulfill functional and non-functional requirements.
• Identify and document defects and issues during testing, collaborating with developers to resolve them.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of software applications that meet quality standards.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in software testing and quality assurance.
Requirements
• Experience in test analysis is preferred.
