About the Role:

As an Entry-Level Software Developer/Tester in the manufacturing industry, you will play a crucial role in developing and ensuring the quality of software applications that support manufacturing processes and operations. Your primary focus will be on writing clean, efficient code and conducting thorough testing to identify and resolve defects early in the development cycle. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and quality assurance specialists to deliver reliable software solutions that enhance productivity and operational efficiency. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both software development and testing within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Ultimately, your contributions will help drive innovation and maintain high standards of software quality that support the company’s manufacturing goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Familiarity with software testing methodologies and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or project experience in software development or testing.
• Knowledge of manufacturing industry software or systems.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and version control systems.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications tailored to manufacturing processes.
• Write and execute test cases to identify bugs and ensure software functionality meets specifications.
