How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Supervise daily operations of a residential sales team to achieve sales targets and grow customer base 
  • Recruit, interview, hire and train Residential Connectivity Sales staff, ensuring team development and readiness

  • Assess training needs, identify knowledge gaps and implement development plans for
  • Residential Connectivity Sales Specialists 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to accomplish objectives and support business decisions 
  • Oversee payroll approval and commission payments for accuracy and timeliness 
  • Maintain up-to-date understanding of Spectrum product offerings, market trends and competitor activity
