Manufacturing Engineer – Santa Rosa
Shift: Day (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday)
Pay: $40–$41/hr

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our Santa Rosa team. This role focuses on implementing IIoT/Industry 4.0 applications, connecting manufacturing equipment to software and systems to enable advanced technology solutions. The position involves technical planning, solution design, development, and modification of applications to support PMTC operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement IT solutions to solve complex manufacturing problems.
  • Apply expertise in AI/ML and Industry 4.0 technologies to improve production processes.
  • Interface with production equipment to provide IT support for hardware and software systems.
  • Manage technical aspects of large IT vendor projects and software solutions.
  • Analyze, install, configure, and support operating systems, databases, software, and hardware.
  • Develop, test, and maintain software programs throughout the full lifecycle.
  • Assess, design, and manage computing and network systems, including servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
  • Implement and maintain security controls to protect company data, systems, and networks.
  • Contribute technical content to projects, providing innovative solutions to complex problems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 4–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Proficient in IT platforms, applications, networking, security, and computing hardware.
  • Experience with IIoT, Industry 4.0, AI/ML applications, and manufacturing systems integration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of virtualization, cloud/IaaS/PaaS, network security, and software-defined networking.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
