Role Description The Software Program Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Shreveport, LA. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing software programs that support business operations and strategic initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project timelines and budgets, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring software development efforts meet business requirements and quality standards. The Software Program Manager will collaborate with product stakeholders to prioritize features, manage risks and dependencies, and communicate status updates and outcomes to leadership.
