The Go to market (GTM) Governance team within Falcon Community & Customer Growth is a brand new, fast-paced, high-performing team critical to enabling collaborative, agile go-to-market execution. As a trusted advisor, governance expert, process designer, and change agent, you'll partner with leadership to shape business direction while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on tactical work. You'll be at the heart of ensuring GTM alignment and rigor, directly impacting our ability to deliver cohesive, hyperlocal execution across multiple communities.

As a Governance champion, you'll design and evolve governance processes that facilitate cross-functional collaboration and strategic alignment.   • Reporting & Forecasting - Deliver GTM readiness reports and governance metrics that inform leadership decisions
  • Process Adherence & Operational Rigor - Implement governance frameworks and ensure accountability through systematic execution
  • Executive Leadership Exposure - Collaborate with managers, directors, and VPs, providing insights on GTM readiness and governance outcomes
  • Clear Messaging & Communication - Distill complex priorities into compelling narratives and clear action plans
Qualifications


What you bring

  • 5+ years of program management and/or organizational change experience
  • Proven ability to build relationships, navigate competing priorities, and deliver results
  • Strong analytical and forecasting abilities with excellent organizational thinking
  • Cross-functional collaboration expertise with a track record of driving decisions and change
  • Comfort in highly dynamic, high-performance environments
  • Strategic thinking with demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and develop value-creation strategies
  • Clear, compelling communication skills that translate complex business dynamics for executives
  • Enthusiasm for leveraging AI to drive efficiency and performance
  • Systemic approach to governance, problem-solving, and turning insights into action
  • Deep understanding of hyperlocal execution and community engagement
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
  • Required travel 20-30% of the time to engage with communities, leadership teams, and key stakeholders across regions
  • Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal) to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and lead across bilingual communities


Great-to-haves

  • Previous experience leading GTM and/or large-scale transformational projects
  • Graduate level degree (MSc or MBA)
  • PMP or similar certification
  • Proficiency with project management software, data analysis tools, or AI solutions

Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will on a regular basis interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.
