We are seeking an experiencedSenior Manager of Software Developmentto lead and grow a high-performing engineering team focused on buildingagentic AI solutionsthat make developers10x more productive. In this role, you will define the engineering vision for a new Agentic AI initiative, drive execution strategy, and ensure operational excellence across large-scale software programs. You will also foster a strong engineering culture grounded in innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

You will work closely with product management, architecture, cloud operations, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver reliable, secure, and high-quality solutions for enterprise-scale applications and developer platforms. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in software engineering leadership, distributed systems, platform development, and Agile delivery, along with a passion for mentoring teams and building scalable engineering processes.

  • Provide technical leadership and strategic guidance on architecture, scalability, performance, and reliability.

Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, and 8+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python; or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years of engineering management experience.
  • Experience designing or integrating AI/ML-powered features into production systems.
  • Proven ability to define and execute technical strategy for a team, aligning engineering efforts with product goals and organizational priorities.
  • Experience leading teams through complex technical and organizational challenges, including cross-team collaboration and dependency management.
  • Strong technical foundation, with the ability to guide architectural decisions, evaluate system tradeoffs, and maintain high standards of software quality.
