Job description

the company is evolving into a more digital-first, data-driven enterprise to fuel sustainable growth, increase speed to market, and unlock new sources of value. Rapid advances in technology, data, and AI create a unique opportunity to accelerate the KO system's next chapter of growth by reimagining our core competitive advantages. Building on a strong foundation of modernized infrastructure, global digital experiences, early data capabilities, and proven use cases, we are now shifting from early wins to scaled, end-to-end impact on growth, productivity, and efficiency.

This next phase moves us from an analog world to a fully digitized one, powered by a digital growth engine that embeds data, technology, and AI into our most critical business domains. Success will require more than technology implementation, it demands a strategic transformation of core capabilities, a domain-based, product-centric operating model, and a cultural shift toward experimentation, data and technology fluency, and seamless partnership between business and digital teams.

Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Content Data and Integrations plays a critical role in enabling Coca-Cola's digital transformation by ensuring the seamless flow, structure, and governance of digital content across enterprise platforms. This role focuses on designing scalable integration frameworks and metadata schema standards that power efficient content discovery, reuse, and activation across global markets.

Operating within a product-centric digital ecosystem, this role partners with digital product teams, marketing, content operations, and technology stakeholders to build and optimize integrations between Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms and upstream and downstream systems. By structuring content through robust metadata models and enabling interoperability across platforms, this role directly contributes to improved speed to market, enhanced personalization, and stronger data-driven decision making.

This position requires strong technical acumen, data governance expertise, and cross-functional collaboration skills to ensure digital assets are consistently structured, accessible, and actionable across the enterprise. The role will help unlock the value of Coca-Cola's Content Supply Chain through scalable, standards-based solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and transformation priorities.

What You will do for us
  • Design and implement integration strategies that connect Digital Asset Management and Marketing Technology (MarTech) platforms with enterprise systems, enabling seamless flow of content and data across channels and markets
  • Develop and maintain scalable metadata schema frameworks to ensure consistent tagging, classification, and discoverability of digital assets
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to embed integration and schema capabilities into digital products, supporting a product-centric operating model
  • Enable automation of content workflows by leveraging structured metadata and integration capabilities to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
  • Align integration and schema solutions with enterprise data architecture, governance standards, and digital transformation priorities
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure metadata structures support personalization, localization, content findability and performance measurement
  • Drive adoption of standardized taxonomy and schema practices across global and regional teams
  • Identify and resolve integration challenges, ensuring high data quality, system interoperability, and scalability
  • Support measurement of content performance and asset usage reporting by enabling structured data capture and integration with analytics platforms
  • Continuously evolve integration and schema capabilities by leveraging emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and machine learning for content classification and tagging
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Asset Management, Digital Rights Management, MarTech, system integrations, or data architecture roles within a digital or technology-driven environment
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing system integrations using APIs and middleware solutions, with a preferred focus on integrating Adobe platforms
  • Strong experience in metadata modeling, taxonomy design, and schema governance for digital content systems
  • Familiarity with Digital Asset Management platforms, content management systems, and related enterprise technologies
  • Understanding of data governance principles, including data quality, standardization, and lifecycle management
  • Experience working in product-centric or agile environments, collaborating across business and technical teams
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence applications in content tagging, classification, and automation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and change management skills, with the ability to influence adoption of standards and best practices
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and staying current with emerging trends in digital, data, and integration technologies
