Collectly applies artificial intelligence to automate workflows, accelerate cash flow, and modernize the patient financial experience; enabling healthcare organizations to operate more efficiently and focus on delivering care.

There could not be a hotter space to play in.  Healthcare is a $4.9T industry and is adopting AI technology at 2.2x the rate of the rest of the economy.  RCM is at the heart of this transformation as it has a clear and demonstrable ROI to our customers.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Implementation Manager with experience in healthcare tech to join our team. As an Implementation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful integration and deployment of our SaaS solutions within healthcare facilities and organizations.

  • Documentation: Create detailed documentation of implementation processes, configurations, and client-specific requirements for future reference and improvement.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Working across multiple departments (Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering) to ensure successful implementation and deployment of new products.
What Success Looks Like

  • Develop a strong foundational understanding of the Collectly platform, including core workflows and capabilities.
  • Gain fluency in the Collectly Implementation Framework and delivery methodology.
Within the First Two Quarters, You Will:
  • Successfully lead and deliver at least three customer implementations from kickoff through go-live.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of implementation nuances across Collectly's product lines, including Post-Service, Time of Service, and Pre-Service.
  • Build proficiency with implementation tools, systems, and best practices to drive efficient, high-quality deployments.
  • Establish strong, collaborative relationships across cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in software implementation within the healthcare industry or healthcare SaaS.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven track record of successfully managing complex implementation projects from initiation to completion.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey project information clearly and concisely.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with healthcare software systems and ability to comprehend technical concepts for effective communication with development teams.
  • Client-Focused: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with clients while understanding their unique needs.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze issues, think critically, and provide effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively within a team and across departments. Adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable in a collaborative culture, both giving and receiving feedback.
  • Alignment with Collectly's GTM Values:
