Job Description

Allied Universal is seeking an experienced and motivated Administrative Manager to oversee security operations, personnel management, and client support within a commercial or industrial environment. This leadership role is responsible for supervising contract security operations, coordinating emergency response efforts, supporting critical infrastructure security initiatives, and ensuring compliance with all site policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, operational awareness, and experience managing security teams in fast-paced environments while maintaining professional communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

Experience working in utility, industrial, or critical infrastructure environments Experience with Genetec Security Center or similar integrated security management platforms Experience serving as a Terrorism Liaison Officer

Required Certifications & Qualifications

All government-required security licenses Valid driver's license Successful completion of a background investigation and criminal records check First Aid certification CPR certification IFPO Certified in Security Supervision and Management certification, or another industry-recognized certification/designation in physical security or security management, required upon assignment or within one year of assignment NIMS ICS 100 certification NIMS ICS 200 certification NIMS ICS 700 certification NIMS ICS 800 certification required upon assignment or within six months of assignment
