We're looking for an Implementation Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in bringing JH Origination to life for our clients. In this role, you'll help lead multiple new client installations each month while also getting hands-on with exciting pilot and beta initiatives that shape what's next for our platform. You'll support existing financial institutions by adding new functionality, working on business backlog enhancements, and helping deliver vendor integrations-all while collaborating with a supportive, high-performing team. With a strong pipeline of new installs ahead, this is a great opportunity to jump into meaningful, visible work where you can make a real impact from day one.

This is a remote position and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX; Lenexa, KS; Springfield, MO; Monett, MO; Birmingham, AL; Charlotte, NC; Cedar Fall, IA; or Louisville, KY.

The salary range for this position is 53,650 - 73,000 and will be determined based on location and experience level.

All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.  

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Serves as a leader and resource for the installation team members. 
  • Prepares customer for implementation.  Conducts readiness reviews, ensuring all aspects of setup are complete.
  • Establishes guidelines/time-frames to ensure a successful installation.  Ensures milestones are met.  Monitors all phases of the installation and escalates issues when necessary.  Will interact with project manager.
  • Exercises the responsibility and authority to take steps to ensure a successful installation.
  • Troubleshoots issues once implementation is complete.
  • Conducts exit reviews.  Documents issues, ensuring they are not repeated in subsequent installs.
  • May train installation team personnel.  May reinforce training to customers and/or provide guidance in training customer personnel.
  • May participate in new release activities.
  • May identify items that are outside the scope of a standard installation and participate in project activities related to those items.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned. 

What you'll need to have:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience with financial institution software or implementations.
  • Must have experience working directly with external clients. 

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree. 
  • Able to act as a team lead and oversee successful implementations.
  • Able to meet deadlines.
  • Basecamp knowledge. 
  • Good knowledge of the financial industry working with deposits.
  • Good knowledge of JH products.
  • Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
  • Proficient in using MS Word, MS Excel, and SharePoint.
  • May require the ability to identify and resolve error messages.
