  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or hybrid BA / PM role supporting system implementations
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with experience driving outcomes across cross-functional and global teams
  • Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, test case identification, execution tracking, and issue resolution
  • Strong requirements gathering, facilitation, documentation, and communication skills
  • Experience working with enterprise or operational system implementations
  • Ability to perform hands-on business analysis activities while managing project coordination responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to lead day-to-day coordination of project activities and drive accountability in a system implementation environment
  • Experience partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors to track deliverables, resolve issues, drive alignment, and maintain project momentum
  • Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements, facilitating stakeholder discussions, and translating business needs into actionable deliverables
  • Experience organizing and facilitating project meetings, working sessions, workshops, and status updates
  • Ability to manage project reporting, including risks, dependencies, timelines, and action items
  • Experience supporting end-user training and change management efforts
  • Strong follow-up skills with attention to detail and accountability for deliverables
  • Ability to ramp up quickly and develop subject matter expertise in systems and business processes
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Asset Performance Management (APM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), or similar enterprise platforms
  • Consulting or client-facing implementation experience preferred
  • Background in the energy or renewable energy sector
  • Experience with enterprise software implementations such as SAP, Salesforce, Adobe, ERP, CRM, or other operational systems
  • Familiarity with working across distributed or global teams
