What you will do:

This role combines project management, customer success, and technology implementation. You will lead customer projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals. Acting as the primary liaison between customers and technical teams, you will gather requirements, manage project documentation, communicate project status, and drive customer satisfaction. Success in this role requires strong communication, business analysis, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, along with a passion for helping customers achieve their objectives and adopt technology solutions effectively.

How you will do it:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customer project teams and executive sponsors. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. Facilitate project kick-off meetings to gather and document customer business requirements and desired outcomes. Lead all phases of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned to customer expectations. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans as needed. Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal field engineering teams. Follow established project management methodologies, standards, and reporting processes. Provide regular project updates to leadership and key stakeholders. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and customer needs. Translate customer requirements into actionable project deliverables. Evaluate information from multiple stakeholders and reconcile competing priorities. Identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes and adoption of solutions. Support implementation and expansion of OpenBlue Employee software within customer organizations. Configure customer-facing surveys and platform settings to meet business requirements. Train users and stakeholders on system capabilities, processes, and best practices. Create and maintain professional floor plan images using AutoCAD. Develop and maintain key project documentation, including:

  • Project plans
  • Meeting agendas and minutes
  • Status and highlight reports
  • Risk and exception reports

SALARY RANGE:

$60,000 - $80,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
