Summary of This Role

Develop and deliver training programs on payment processing products, processes and technologies for both internal and external customers. Maintain existing training content and systems resulting from analysis of system development, regulatory mandates and/or payment brand compliance. Provide presentations, demonstrations, advice and consultancy relating to systems and ancillary products. Evaluate to determine if business outcomes have been achieved. Follow up to ensure continuous improvement. Proactively expand existing and build new knowledge.

  • Eagerness to learn new product(s), offer improvements on processes and work to give clients a top rated training experience.

  • Delivers a range of simple to moderately complex technical training content and a clear understanding of given subject(s) by following course syllabus with little to moderate deviation and adult learning models.

  • Tailors training content based on individual client needs, as directed. Occasionally assists with simple design projects.

  • Become proficient with a minimum of two ERPs and three products.

  • Participates on internal teams including supporting new product rollouts

  • Provides basic cross-training and support for colleagues.

  • Contributes to on-site client support and training by providing basic advice relating to the applicable functionality of the system and ancillary products.

  • Accompanies/supports higher level trainer/manager as needed; however, training could be single trainer led.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Relevant Experience or Degree in: Additional experience in lieu of degree will be accepted
  • Typically Minimum 2 Years Relevant Exp
  • Training delivery experience; relevant subject matter experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Typically Minimum 4 Years Relevant Exp
  • Experience of full training life cycle - analysis, design, delivery, evaluation; proficient in second language
  • Relevant Training certification.
