POSITION SUMMARY:
Advanced Energy is seeking a New Product Development (NPD) Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and ensure the on-time delivery and long-term support of Plasma Power products. This role focuses on improving delivery performance, reducing lead times, supporting manufacturing readiness, and driving continuous product lifecycle improvements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead NPD projects and cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing and Quality.
• Manage schedules, risks, KPIs, and deliverables to ensure on-time performance and product readiness.
• Serve as the primary stakeholder interface for NPD program updates.
• Partner with Manufacturing and Procurement to ensure material availability and factory build readiness.
• Drive DFM alignment, quality targets, and cycle-time improvements with Design and Manufacturing Engineering.
• Document program work, escalate risks, and drive issues to closure.
• Support RFQs and sustaining program proposals as needed.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
• Location: Fort Collins, Colorado
• Onsite, office-based role with some travel
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
EXPERIENCE:
• Experience in semi-conductor desirable
• 3-5 Years of Experience
EDUCATION:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics or related field.
COMPENSATION:
As required by multiple state pay transparency laws, Advanced Energy provides a reasonable range of compensation for each job posting. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of starting pay for this role is $80,000 to $105,000 per year.
