Reporting to the CIO, the IT Director of Software Engineering & Integration will lead the company’s application development, customer integration, business intelligence, and software delivery functions.
 
 This role is responsible for transforming a legacy development organization into a modern, high-performing engineering team capable of rapidly delivering customer integrations, internal applications, customer-facing portals, and analytics solutions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Engineering Leadership
 • Lead all software development, integration, BI, QA, and release management activities.
 • Build a high-accountability engineering culture.
 • Coach managers and senior engineers.
 
Delivery Management
• Establish Agile/Scrum practices.
• Oversee sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and release planning.
• Ensure work is properly prioritized and tracked in Jira.
Technology Modernization
• Lead adoption of tools and engineering best practices.
• Oversee Connect modernization strategy.
 
Stakeholder Management
