The Sr. Manager, Software Engineering will lead engineering delivery for a next-generation AI-driven platform focused on advanced analytics, decision intelligence, and optimization. This role blends hands-on technical leadership, program execution, and cross-ecosystem collaboration (business stakeholders, external partners, and global teams) to deliver scalable, production-grade AI solutions.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of AI-native applications (ML, optimization, agentic workflows) aligned to business priorities
  • Embed AI-assisted development (Copilot, LLM agents) to improve speed, quality, and engineering productivity
  • Lead complex, multi-stream programs across onshore and offshore teams, ensuring predictable delivery
  • Own backlog, dependencies, and execution across engineering and partner teams
  • Translate business needs into scalable engineering solutions with measurable outcomes
  • Partner with product, architecture, and business leaders to deliver value
  • Work closely with external partners and vendors to integrate advanced capabilities into enterprise platforms
  • Drive accountability and outcomes across internal and third-party teams
  • Enforce modern engineering practices (microservices, CI/CD, cloud-native architecture)
  • Embed security, compliance, and Responsible AI practices across delivery

Required Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in software engineering with 5 years in leadership roles
  • 3 years of experience delivering AI/ML or data-driven platforms in production environments
  • 2 years of experience in:
    • Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
    • Microservices, APIs, distributed systems
    • DevOps tooling (CI/CD, GitHub, Jenkins, Docker/Kubernetes)
  • 2 years of experience with using enterprise-approved AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, M365 Copilot) to enhance productivity
  • 2 years of AI experience across software engineering workflows including development, testing, and documentation
  • Demonstrated experience leading global engineering teams (onshore offshore)
  • Experience managing complex, multi-team programs with external partners/vendors
  • United States Citizenship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in optimization, simulation, or decision intelligence platforms

  • 2 years of experience working with external innovation or technology partners
  • 2 years of experience with building platforms for:
    • Scenario modeling
    • Data-driven decision support
    • Competitive or market intelligence systems


Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
