The Opportunity
We are looking for a Solutions Architect with deep expertise in healthcare data and enterprise AI applications to lead solution design and deployment for top-tier healthcare payer clients. You'll collaborate closely with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure our AI offerings are scalable, secure, and impactful.
You will act as a key technical leader bridging client needs with Autonomize.AI's product capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Client Solutioning
  • Own technical discovery, architecture design, and integration strategy for new and existing customers.

  • Translate business requirements into scalable AI-enabled architectures for use cases such as claims processing, clinical reviews, risk adjustment, and more.

Technical Leadership
  • Guide cross-functional teams during pre-sales and post-sales implementations.

  • Develop solution blueprints and system integration plans using healthcare-specific standards (HL7, FHIR, EDI, etc.).

Product & Delivery Collaboration
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams on customer needs, industry trends, and integration challenges.

  • Support Proof-of-Concept (POC) development and iterative deployment cycles.

Security & Compliance
  • Ensure all architectures meet HIPAA and other healthcare compliance standards.

  • Contribute to enterprise architecture best practices around security, governance, and interoperability.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role within healthcare or healthtech

  • Experience working with healthcare payers, including systems for claims adjudication, utilization management, member engagement, and/or provider data

  • Strong understanding of healthcare data formats and compliance (HIPAA, EDI 837/835, FHIR)

  • Solid experience designing and integrating APIs and data pipelines in cloud-native environments (preferably AWS)

  • Experience working with AI/ML platforms and tools (e.g., NLP, LLMs, vector databases)

  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Nice to Have:
  • Experience working with GenAI tools and frameworks

  • Familiarity with tools like Snowflake, Databricks, LangChain, or similar

  • Exposure to healthcare-specific enterprise systems like Epic, TriZetto, Optum, etc.

  • Startup experience or background in enterprise software/SaaS
