They are seeking a Software Engineer to support the development and maintenance of biometric collection systems in DoD mission environments, focusing on troubleshooting software issues and ensuring cybersecurity compliance.

• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve software issues affecting biometric collection and processing systems.
• Develop software patches, updates, enhancements, and maintenance fixes for operational systems.
• Address Software Problem Reports (SPRs) and implement corrective actions for software-related issues.
• Coordinate with OEM vendors supporting BAT-A, NRTIO, and NXGBCC systems to resolve software defects and integration issues.
• Provide software engineering support to Field Support Representatives (FSRs) supporting CONUS and OCONUS operations.
• Develop and execute software test procedures, validation activities, and test reports.
