The role is designed to help trainees gain practical experience, improve their technical skills, and understand industry best practices. Over time, software development trainees may take on more complex tasks as they grow in their knowledge and confidence.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a software development trainee, and why are they important?
