Overview

Element has an opportunity for a Business Development Team Lead who is responsible for leading and developing a small sales team while directly managing a portfolio of customer accounts. This role ensures that the team operates with clear objectives, measurable KPIs, and disciplined execution of commercial processes. The Business Development Team Lead provides hands-on coaching, sets priorities, and drives accountability to achieve both team and individual performance targets.

In addition to leadership responsibilities, the Team Lead maintains direct account ownership, working with key customers to secure new business, expand existing relationships, and ensure overall satisfaction. By combining team leadership with account responsibility, this role plays a central part in driving growth, aligning performance to company goals, and embedding a culture of commercial excellence.
