Job description

Job Summary:
Crown Equipment Corporation is one of the world’s largest material handling companies, known for its innovative product design and technology. They are seeking a Systems and Software Delivery Lead - Project Manager to guide software and systems development teams, facilitate planning and execution, and mentor junior delivery leads.
Responsibilities:
• Lead software and systems planning, cadence reviews, and release coordination
• Facilitate requirements breakdown, team planning, and issue resolution
• Manage dependencies, resourcing, tools, metrics, and deployment pipelines
• Communicate release status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement of processes and team effectiveness
• Mentor junior delivery leads and contribute to organizational development
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Systems, or Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience (Salary will be commensurate with experience)
• Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing cross-functional projects
• Ability to travel occasionally with overnight stays (0-5%)
• Reliable transportation to travel locally between company sites
Preferred:
• Experience with agile or scaled agile software development
• Background in embedded systems, vehicle systems, or industrial products
• Agile certifications (SAFe Product Manager, RTE, Scrum Master, PO)
