We are looking for a talented Software Development Manager to join our team in San Diego, CA and help drive our technical vision forward.

**THIS IS AN ON-SITE/IN PERSON POSITION IN SAN DIEGO, CA 92127. **

  • Competitive salary range: $90,000-$130,000 base per year depending on experience PLUS Comprehensive Benefits Package
    • Important Note: This is a full-time, on-site with benefits role in San Diego,CA. We are only considering local candidates at this time. Relocation assistance is not available.

The Opportunity

As our Software Developer, you are responsible for writing code, assisting in the requirements definition process and design plans. Responsible for contributing to system design plans, investigating and identifying new technologies to incorporate within the architecture, constructs clean and efficient code to meet client requirements, adhere to team standards.

The Role and Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using languages like SQL, C#, and VB.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code to meet business and technical requirements.
  • Debug and troubleshoot software issues to ensure system reliability.
  • Deploy software updates to QA and production environments as needed.
  • Collaborate with various teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and security standards are met in all applications.
  • Continuously improve code quality, system efficiency, and team processes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software development.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the development team.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What We are Looking For

Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering and/or 2+ years of related technical field with relevant experience
  • Experience in software development projects; demonstrated ownership of projects.
  • .NET/C# , C## programming experience
  • Proficiency and experience working with SQL, C#, VB, or similar languages.
  • Experience with debugging, testing, and troubleshooting software issues.
  • Experience and familiarity with QA testing and deployment processes.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Experience and understanding of SQL, C#, VB, or similar languages.
  • Experience with web development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Ability to work on both frontend and backend programming tasks
  • Ability to complete bug fixes and enhancements.
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently work as a member of the Development team.
  • General understanding and working knowledge of relevant applications and software development.
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment.
  • Strong analytic and problem solving skills.
  • Completion, in a timely and accurate manner, of specifically assigned duties.
  • Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately.
