Key Responsibilities Team Leadership - Manage assigned teams directly or through supervisors, ensuring work priorities align with policies, regulations, and organizational quality standards. Staff Development - Select, hire, mentor, and train staff while overseeing performance management, coaching, evaluations, and corrective actions as needed.

Communication & Collaboration - Foster effective communication across teams, departments, and leadership through workgroup discussions and feedback exchanges. Project & Solution Oversight - Partner with development and design teams to lead application and integration solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs. SELECTION REQUIREMENTS To qualify, you must meet one of the following options at the final filing date of this bulletin: OPTION I: 9+ years' of experience in software development; two years of which must include experience in managing or supervising a team. OPTION II: Associate's degree* in information technology, computer science, management information systems, or related field; -AND- 7+ years' of experience in software development; two years of which must include experience in managing or supervising a team.

OPTION III: Bachelor's degree* in information technology, computer science, management information systems, or related field; -AND- 5+ years' of experience in software development; two years of which must include experience in managing or supervising a team. OPTION IV: Master's degree* in information technology, computer science, management information systems, or related field; -AND- 3+ years' of experience in software development; two years of which must include experience in managing or supervising a team. *To qualify for Options that require educational credentials, you must attach the required documentation to your application.
