Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer III – Supply Chain to design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise-level applications that power critical Supply Chain operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Supply Chain technology, Agile software development, and enterprise application development, with the ability to collaborate closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions.

This role focuses on developing and maintaining in-house applications supporting supplier rebates, warehouse and distribution center operations, inventory management, and branch operations while participating in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise software applications supporting Supply Chain operations.
  • Develop new features based on approved functional and technical design documents.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues while ensuring system stability and performance.
  • Support business functions including:
    • Supplier Rebate Management
    • Distribution Center Operations
    • Warehouse Management
    • Inventory Control
    • Branch Operations
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and end users to understand business requirements.
  • Demonstrate working software to business users and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to solution design, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Ensure software quality through adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable enterprise applications.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise software applications.
  • 5+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain business processes and technologies.
  • Experience with Agile planning, sprint execution, product ownership collaboration, and software delivery.
  • Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support experience.
  • Experience communicating technical solutions and demonstrating working software to business users and stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
