Software Development Engineering - Advisor
TITLE: Software Development Engineering - Advisor
EMPLOYER: Fiserv Solutions, LLC
LOCATION: Milwaukee, WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the US subject to authorization from management)
DUTIES: Develop customized solutions within the platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals. Enhance DNA architecture to move to new claim-based authentication model that uses Secured Token Services tokens for the logged-in user. Evaluate methods of integration based on features offered by other Fiserv products, technology fitment with DNA and client requirements. Work directly with product owners and banking and credit union clients to understand and draft requirements. Recognize problems and evaluate alternatives available in the product to solve the problems. Train team members on new enhancements in DNA architecture that relates to new technology fitment and business needs. Train U.S. based client care and implementation teams on new features developed and troubleshoot issues related to the enhancements. Ensure all coding conventions and DNA specific standards. Perform User Acceptance testing including successful deployment and configuration of the newly developed features on the client environment.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field and 4 years in any job title involving development experience using .NET CSLA Framework, SQL/PL SQL parallel processing, database design and management, and modular application architecture. Prior experience must include: 4 years developing and deploying applications using .NET CSLA Framework, including REST APIs and native applications; 4 years designing and managing databases, including writing Oracle VPD policies and debugging PL/SQL packages and procedures; 4 years working with financial systems, including credit pull and verification processes; 3 years integrating DocuSign with banking solutions; 3 years archiving documents using Hyland applications; 2 years working with cloud PaaS platforms; 2 years of web development using TypeScript-based frameworks; and 2 years implementing PDF integrations.
