Job description

  • Design, develop, and maintain business process automation solutions using Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform, Power Automate, and SharePoint
  • Develop custom applications, APIs, integrations, and automation workflows supporting enterprise business operations
  • Collaborate with the Principal Digital Architect to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Build and support AI-enabled solutions, including AI agents, copilots, workflow assistants, and intelligent automation tools
  • Integrate systems across ERP, CRM, CPQ, databases, cloud platforms, and third-party applications
  • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following software engineering best practices
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing automation and software solutions
  • Participate in solution architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Create technical documentation, process flows, and support materials
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, AI tools, and automation platforms for future adoption
  • Support governance, security, and compliance standards related to automation and software development
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5–7 years of experience in software development, automation engineering, or related technical roles
  • Strong software development and programming experience across modern languages and frameworks
  • Experience designing and implementing business process automation solutions
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and/or Microsoft Power Platform technologies
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C#, Python, JavaScript / TypeScript, SQL, or PowerShell
  • Experience building and testing APIs, system integrations, and automation workflows
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and development best practices
  • Experience working with cloud platforms and enterprise systems
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across a global organization
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
