Principal Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for ITIL processes and providing computer technical support with a focus on customer service.

  1. Perform troubleshooting related to general user support, client connectivity, and printing.

  1. Utilize ticketing system to track issues and manage location queues to ensure that new tickets are identified, prioritized, and resolved.

  1. Install, test, and maintain computer equipment, peripherals, and network infrastructure.

Position Summary
Provide technical support for the use of Information Technology and Services within the manufacturing facility and the business sector to meet business objectives. Provide technical assistance to users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Diagnose and solve technical problems, ensuring minimal downtime. Assist and observe the IT / OT Manager as a backup / apprentice for the OT and Manufacturing network.
