PROJECT DESCRIPTION & MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIRED:

The consultants will be responsible for transitioning legacy systems (PEN, MS Access, Mainframe) into GoldKey, ensuring data integrity and validation throughout the migration process. Their expertise is crucial for embedding Impervious Surface Reviews into Paving & Drainage workflows, optimizing the Building Permit process, and implementing automated workload assignment features. They will also facilitate compliance with impervious surface review regulations, environmental and historical preservation requirements, and municipal

Sewer Extension Permits.

  • C# - Proficient in object-oriented programming (OOP), .NET framework, debugging, and writing clean, maintainable code.
  • JavaScript & jQuery - Strong grasp of core JavaScript concepts, DOM manipulation, asynchronous programming, and AJAX for dynamic web interactions.
