TITANONEZERO is seeking a driven, self-starting Software Developer to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our next-generation software applications. Working in an active Agile environment, you will collaborate with senior engineers to build scalable code across web, embedded, or backend systems.

This role is ideal for an ambitious developer looking to grow their foundational software engineering skills, gain exposure to modern tech stacks, and contribute directly to mission-critical projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Software Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code under the mentorship of senior software engineers.
  • Feature Development & Testing: Build, unit test, and deploy features for web, backend, or embedded software components.
  • Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and peer code reviews.
  • Integration & Debugging: Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and integrating COTS systems with custom internal applications.
  • Lifecycle & CI/CD Support: Support application deployment and monitoring across cloud (AWS/Azure) or on-premise infrastructure while maintaining Git version control best practices.
  • Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation for code architectures, API endpoints, and system workflows.

Required Qualifications

  • Education / Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Programming Skills: Foundational proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, C++, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript).
  • Core Concepts: Solid understanding of software design principles, version control (Git), and Agile development frameworks.
  • Security Clearance: Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.
  • Mindset: Strong analytical problem-solving skills and a proactive drive to master new frameworks and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship experience or a portfolio of personal software development projects.
  • Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), RESTful APIs, or relational/NoSQL databases.
  • Interest or experience in AI/ML, embedded systems, or defense/aerospace applications.

Why Join TITANONEZERO?

  • Mentorship & Growth: Learn directly from senior engineers and accelerate your technical career path.
  • Cutting-Edge Tech: Work at the intersection of custom software engineering, AI/ML, and cloud solutions.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Competitive compensation package, health/dental/vision coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and continuous learning support.
