Integration Platform Developer II

If you're a technically strong integration developer who thrives at the intersection of design, delivery, and mentorship, this role offers the opportunity to build scalable solutions that power business operations. As an Integration Platform Developer II, you'll own integrations end-to-end while serving as a trusted technical resourcebalancing hands-on development with guidance that elevates the entire team.

- This is an in-office role at either the St. Louis Park, MN office or thecorporate headquarters in St. Cloud, MN. (Ability to work remote on Tuesday and Thursday after 90 days of employment.)


In this role, you'll
  • Design, develop, and maintain integration components and services aligned to business needs.
  • Implement scalable, secure, and reliable integration solutions using established patterns and best practices.
  • Own integration delivery across the full development lifecyclefrom requirements through deployment and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, including performance bottlenecks and data inconsistencies.
  • Develop and execute test scenarios to validate integration functionality, resilience, and performance.
  • Partner with senior developers on complex architectures and technical designs.
  • Provide guidance and day-to-day support to junior developers, helping improve skills and practices.
  • Review code and ensure adherence to quality, standards, and consistency.
  • Promote and share integration standards, tools, and best practices across the team.
  • Contribute to SOPs, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support onboarding of new team members and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies, tools, and integration trends.

  • Support work outside normal business hours as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.

Must-haves for SuccessTechnical Expertise
  • 4+ years of experience in integration or application development
  • Strong experience designing and implementing integrations and APIs
  • Familiarity with integration platforms, middleware, and design patterns
  • In-depth knowledge of Java/Spring
  • Experience with messagequeues (RabbitMQ or similar)
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment practices (GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket or similar)
  • Experience with data based systems(PostgreSQL or MongoDB)
  • Container experience (Docker, Kubernetes, or similar)
  • Cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $95,000 to $135,000. Base salary is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location, compared to others performing substantially similar work. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives based on individual and/or company performance.
