  • Track progress, monitor risks, and escaliate issues that could impact delivery.

Team Enablement

  • Support and coach development teams, ensuring efficient delivery workflows.
  • Remove blockers, manage priorities, and facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Encourage cross-functional collaboration and alignment around delivery goals.

Process & Quality

  • Ensure delivery practices align with software validation and audit requirements.
  • Drive improvements in delivery metrics (velocity, predictability, quality).
  • Support release readiness, documentation, and handover to operations.

Stakeholder Communication (Internal)

  • Provide clear, structured delivery updates to leadership and product management.
  • Translate progress, risks, and dependencies into actionable insights.
  • Align delivery status with roadmap and organizational priorities.
Required skills and experience
  • Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or Program Manager in software development.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban delivery frameworks.
  • Experience with regulated software environments (healthcare IT, SaaS, medical devices).
  • Familiarity with medical imaging standards (DICOM) and/or clinical trial data management.
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks such as 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 13485, or similar.
  • Excellent organizational, risk management, and communication skills.
Will be a plus
  • Background in healthcare IT, PACS, EDC, or clinical trial platforms.
  • Exposure to cloud-based medical imaging solutions.
  • Knowledge of validation processes (CSV, GxP) and release management practices.
  • Technical understanding of software engineering or QA.
What Success Looks Like
  • Predictable, on-time, and compliant delivery of platform features and releases.
  • Streamlined, efficient collaboration across engineering, QA, DevOps, and product teams.
