Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
Description: Our client is a respected provider of pipeline technology solutions serving the oil and gas industry. They are seeking a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting both customers and internal teams.
Position Summary
The Customer Service & Order Coordinator serves as a key connection between customers, sales, operations, engineering, and supply chain teams. This role is responsible for order entry, quote generation, purchase order processing, and ongoing customer support while ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders, purchase orders, quotes, and proforma invoices.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain to confirm inventory availability and lead times.
- Collaborate with Operations to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Support the sales team with order management and customer requests.
- Assist customers with repair status updates and RMA-related inquiries.
- Maintain accurate customer, billing, and order information.
- Work with Engineering to create and update product information as needed.
- Route incoming calls and requests to the appropriate team members.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, order entry, inside sales support, or a related role required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
