Job description

Job Summary:
Sonaca North America is a leading provider of aerospace and defense solutions dedicated to making air and space travel safe and sustainable. The Configuration Management Analyst will support the Naval Air Systems Command by developing and maintaining configuration management systems and toolsets, ensuring accurate documentation and collaboration with IT operations teams.
Responsibilities:
• Develop or acquire a Configuration Management System for creating, tracking, and retrieving controlled documentation.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity configuration management toolsets and workflows for RDT&E lab configurations.
• Develop and modify CM plans, policies, and procedures.
• Provide life cycle management of hardware and software configuration items.
• Maintain a configuration management library of documentation to include, but not limited to, the following-
• Lab accreditation artifacts (Configuration Management plan, Assessment and Authorization plan, etc.)
• Change control
• Network diagrams
• Computer log histories
• Incident reports
• Meeting minutes (Change Control Board, status updates, etc.)
• Collaborate with IT operations teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date configuration information is available.
Qualifications:
Required:
• At least three (3) years of experience in configuration management and analysis.
• BS or BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a 'Relevant Technical Discipline'.
