Job Description
We are looking for a Software Business Analyst that will work with internal and external clients to ensure maximum return on investment is achieved with Leadfusion's SaaS solutions. This role will partner with Product Management, Sales, Engineering, Client Services and Professional Services to add value to existing client relationships and continuously improve product offerings. The successful candidate will have excellent critical thinking skills in addition to solid experience with B2B/B2C software solutions, preferably in the Financial Services sector.
Key job duties include:
  • Conduct Business Reviews with existing clients to ensure continual value.
  • Analyze, transform and ultimately resolve business problems with the help of technology
  • Manage Leadfusion's business intelligence (BI) reporting program
  • Perform exit interviews with departing customers to glean insight for organizational improvement
  • Conduct usability testing and recommend corrective and preventive actions
  • Assist the Senior Product Manager with special projects as assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Occasional domestic travel is required
  • At least 3 years' experience as a business analyst supporting B2B/B2C software solutions
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment - self-starter, wearing a few hats, high tolerance for ambiguity, less structured
  • Domain experience in Financial Services - especially with banks, credit unions, and insurance companies - a plus
  • Possesses digital and social media skill set as applied to business
  • Experience with web analytics technologies
  • Interact with clients/co-workers in a professional and ethical manner
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding Leadfusion products & services as well as current and emerging market trends
