Summary Description: As a Softgoods Sales Associate, you'll be the style and technical functional expert who helps guests look good, perform better and feel confident on the mountain. You'll bring your passion for skiing or snowboarding, your eye for fashion, your technical knowledge and your love of helping people to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving sales and managing our gear collection.
What You'll Be Doing (Besides Eyeing That New Jacket):
  • Welcome guests with energy and enthusiasm, creating a fun and engaging shopping experience
  • Connect with customers through genuine conversations to understand their style, needs, and mountain or après goals
  • Showcase your product expertise by sharing knowledge about technical features, fit, and mountain performance
  • Close sales with confidence while building authentic relationships that keep guests coming back
  • Elevate the experience by suggesting complementary products and services that enhance their mountain adventures
  • Master point-of-sale systems to process transactions smoothly and efficiently
  • Create eye-catching displays that showcase our latest gear and inspire customers
  • Manage inventory by restocking, organizing, and maintaining our softgoods collection
  • Other duties as assigned

What Makes You a Fit:
  • You're outgoing, friendly, and love talking gear and mountain style all day
  • You love to ski or snowboard (or are eager to learn).
  • Flexible with your schedule - holidays, weekends, split shifts? No problem if it means more turns on the mountain.
  • You're good on your feet (literally - standing for hours is no big deal) and can lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Basic computer skills for processing transactions and documentation
  • Strong English fluency (written and verbal)
