Lafayette Jefferson High School is seeking a Varsity Softball Head Coach to lead all facets of the program. In addition to coaching during the season, the head coach will lead off-season workouts, as well as be directly involved with the feeder programs including middle school and youth programs. This posting is for the 2026-2027 School Year.
Qualifications:
The candidate will have high expectations for academic and athletic excellence. A proven leader will share the beliefs and reinforce the importance of education-based athletics at all levels. Varsity coaching experience preferred with a proven history in skill/program development and leading a program from varsity level down.

The Lafayette School Corporation is located in the heart of the City of Lafayette, Indiana just one hour north of downtown Indianapolis and 2 hours south of downtown Chicago along I-65 in west central Indiana.
