Rush-Henrietta Athletics Department
The Rush-Henrietta Softball Program is seeking passionate, dedicated, and transformational leaders to join our coaching staff for the upcoming season. We currently have openings for the following positions:
 



  • Head Varsity Softball Coach Spring 2027
  • Assistant Softball Coach Spring 2027
  • JV Softball Coach Spring 2027
  • Modified Softball Coach Spring 2027 


We are looking for individuals who are driven to succeed, committed to student-athlete growth, and dedicated to fostering a positive and competitive softball culture throughout the program.  The ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a team-first mentality, and a desire to develop players both on and off the field.
Qualifications:


  • Previous softball coaching experience required
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the program
  • Commitment to developing players' skills, character, and love of the game
  • Strong communication and organizational skills


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support all aspects of the Rush-Henrietta Softball Program
  • Foster a culture of excellence, sportsmanship, and team unity
  • Collaborate with other coaches within the program to ensure consistency and development at all levels
