Job Duties:
This position works on a unit with routine contact with incarcerated individuals. Daytoday functions include disseminating information; preparing documents to consult with the incarcerated individuals in reference to criminal background reports to include current offenses. Gathers information from OnBase Pen Packet to complete the interview. Includes providing technical assistance to program staff. Responsible for final product that will be used to house and assign incarcerated individuals during their stay with the agency, which is placed in the Classification Profile.
You'd be a GOOD fit if:
You have high school diploma or GED.
You have a bachelor's degree, we also look for one year fulltime, wageearning customer service, clerical, administrative support, technical program support, criminal justice and any additional qualifying experience can count toward college credit on a year for year basis.
You have a general knowledge of Microsoft programs (i.e., Excel, Word and Outlook).
You are detail oriented and have strong work ethics.
You'd be a GREAT fit if:
You have intake, classification or criminal Justice experience and able to communicate with coworkers effectively.
You have strong typing skills.
You have extensive knowledge of Microsoft programs.
