JOB-20718 Social Worker - 25832

Social Worker

Coxsackie Residential Mental Health Unit, part of the Office of Mental Health.

OMH provides mental health services to forensic patients.

Candidate will be required to submit of TB Testing. May have contact with incarcerated individuals. Candidate will also be subjected to CNYPC Orientation.

Approx 40 hours/week (M-F, no weekends) Exact Shift/ Hours to be discussed during interview

Contract Staff would mainly be working weekdays and assisting in providing therapeutic services to patients in a primary therapist role to include individual therapy and the completion of mental health assessments and documentation (Core History, Suicide Assessments/risk assessments, Weekly/Monthly Progress Notes, Treatment Plans, Discharge Plans) According to policy and Procedure.

Must be a Licensed Master Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Social Worker
