• Provide comprehensive psychotherapy services to clients of all ages, addressing a range of emotional and social issues.
• Collaborate with interns and trainees, facilitating their training and workshops in accordance with university requirements and agency standards.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and county policies by maintaining accurate and thorough documentation.
• Participate in the evaluation of intern performance, supporting their professional growth through constructive feedback and evaluation processes.
• Manage caseloads for interns, coordinating with school site contacts and clinical supervisors to align assignments with programmatic objectives.
• Participate in Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Improvement (QI) activities, conducting audits to ensure adherence to compliance regulations.
• Provide timely clinical consultation through both in-person and telehealth interactions, addressing crisis and non-crisis situations as necessary.
• Maintain a well-organized and safe work environment, reporting any facility-related issues to the management team promptly.
• Participate in program development to establish and monitor clinical goals, standards, and practices affecting service delivery.
• Document all clinical notes promptly in our electronic health record system (AWARDS) to maintain compliance and facilitate care coordination.
• Engage in the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of interns, promoting our organization's mission and values.
• Plan and coordinate recruitment events to attract prospective interns and trainees, thus contributing to our workforce development.

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse patient demographic, including adults, children, and families affected by addiction, trauma, and various mental health disorders. You will engage clients through methods tailored to their unique circumstances, striving to empower them in their recovery and well-being.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline.
• Independently licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
• Ability to deliver telehealth services, necessitating a reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Must currently reside in the United States.

• Prior experience in a clinical setting, ideally involving the treatment of addiction or dual diagnosis populations.
• Experience training or supervising interns and trainee social workers.
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems, especially AWARDS, is a plus.
