Job description

Working at QVC Group means joining a live social shopping company with incredible teams, ambitious projects and amazing careers. QVC Group, Inc. is a Fortune 500 company with six leading retail brands - QVC, HSN, Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Garnet Hill and Grandin Road.

Your Opportunity, Your Team

Every great TikTok live starts with the right products, and that is where you come in. As an Associate Social Commerce Merchandiser on our TikTok team, you will help decide what we sell on TikTok based on what is trending and what our audiences want, then make sure every one of those products is set up to shine, accurate listings, the right price, and stock ready to go. It is a front-row seat on the team building how a Fortune 500 retailer shows up in live and social shopping.

You will keep a close eye on trends and demand to shape the product lineup for our TikTok lives and selling moments, partner with IT and inventory teams to keep availability and stock accurate, and execute the pricing and promotions that bring each one to life. You will also run regular audits to keep our product data clean and consistent across the platform.

If you are early in your career, love retail and social, and want to learn the business of social commerce from the inside on one of the fastest-growing platforms in the world, this is a great place to start.

Where You'll Work

This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our West Chester, PA headquarters (Studio Park) several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Delaware. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

  • Shape the product lineup for our social selling initiatives inclusive of creator, content and TikTok lives strategies, using trends and audience demand to help decide what we feature and when.
  • Ensure products are listed correctly on TikTok, holding a high bar for accuracy and detail.
  • Execute pricing and promotional activities for featured products, keeping everything aligned with business goals and marketing plans.
  • Partner with IT and inventory teams to keep product availability and stock accuracy seamless ahead of each TikTok live.
  • Conduct regular product audits to keep data accurate and consistent across the platform.
  • Handle day-to-day assignments using established guidelines, contributing to the smooth operation of our TikTok selling.

What You'll Bring

  • A sharp eye for detail and a knack for catching and fixing errors quickly, since accurate listings are everything in this role.
  • Comfort juggling multiple products, prices, and promotions at once without losing consistency.
  • A genuine interest in retail, e-commerce, and social platforms, with a curiosity about what makes products sell on TikTok.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with IT, inventory, and marketing partners to keep things running smoothly.
  • Some exposure to e-commerce or retail, whether through work, internships, or coursework, is helpful but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
