SKIMS is seeking a strategic and performance-driven Sr. Manager, Paid Social to lead the global paid social strategy across key platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube, and emerging channels. This role will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand engagement through best-in-class paid social campaigns while maintaining a premium, brand-right consumer experience.
The ideal candidate brings a strong balance of analytical rigor, creative intuition, and operational excellence. This leader will oversee campaign strategy, audience development, media planning, testing, optimization, and reporting, while partnering cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Creative, Ecommerce, Analytics, and Finance teams to ensure paid social efforts align with broader business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own and lead the global paid social strategy across all major social media platforms
  • Manage and optimize multi-million-dollar paid social budgets with a strong focus on efficiency, scale, and profitability
  • Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and incremental return on ad spend (iROAS) through full-funnel paid social initiatives
  • Develop audience segmentation, targeting, and retargeting strategies to improve conversion and customer lifetime value
  • Partner closely with Creative and Brand teams to develop high-performing, platform-native creative strategies and testing frameworks
  • Oversee campaign execution, pacing, optimization, and reporting across all paid social programs
  • Identify opportunities to scale emerging channels, beta products, and innovative media formats
  • Build robust testing roadmaps across creative, audiences, bidding strategies, landing pages, and measurement methodologies
  • Analyze campaign performance and consumer insights to drive strategic recommendations and budget allocation decisions
  • Collaborate with Analytics and Data teams to refine attribution, incrementality testing, and measurement frameworks
  • Partner cross-functionally with Ecommerce, Analytics, CRM, and Finance teams to align growth initiatives with company objectives
  • Mentor and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Stay ahead of platform changes, consumer behavior trends, and competitive activity within the social and digital landscape

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • 7+ years of experience in paid social, performance marketing, or digital media, preferably within ecommerce, fashion, beauty, or DTC brands
  • Deep expertise across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube, and other paid social platforms
  • Proven track record managing and scaling significant paid social budgets with measurable business impact
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics including iROAS, CAC, CPA, LTV, incrementality, and attribution
  • Experience developing full-funnel paid social strategies that balance brand storytelling with performance objectives
  • Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in reporting and performance analysis tools
  • Experience leading agency relationships and cross-functional partnerships
  • Demonstrated success managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and rapidly evolving environment
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
