  • Have 5-7 years in marketing communications and 3-5 in the space of social/content strategy development
  • Have experience developing and managing content strategies, including:
    • Assembling social audits of our own brands as well as the competitive set
    • Crafting target personas and customers journeys
    • Developing social narratives including voice, tone and feel
    • Constructing a social media playbook with guidelines for brand engagement
    • Inspiring content development and consumer engagement (experiential, promotional) beyond the boundaries of social media
  • Be resourceful about how to capture and integrate disparate data points into one strategically actionable picture.
  • Have a viewpoint and vocabulary that reflects the modern marketing landscape.
  • Be the media thought leader who makes us smarter and our campaigns more impactful.
  • Be a catalyst and an instigator, but also a collaborator.
  • Be a good โ€œstorytellerโ€ with strong writing and presentation abilities.

Other Details about the Position

  • Reports to SVP, Social Strategy.
  • Includes existing client business as well as pursuit of new business. We are an agency thatโ€™s very aggressive in pursuing new business.
  • Involves close collaboration with Brand Planners and Creatives in campaign development & execution.
  • Occasionally will entail working with planners & buyers from our sibling media agency, ASSEMBLY.
