Social Media & Creator Commerce Coordinator
We are looking for a hungry, resourceful, and highly communicative Social Media & Creator Commerce Coordinator to join our Marketing Team at Sunny Health & Fitness. This is a boots-on-the-ground role - you will be deep in the work daily, from building and managing a creator ecosystem to supporting social commerce campaigns across TikTok Shop and beyond. Responsibilities
  • Execute high-volume creator and influencer outreach daily across DMs, email, and platform tools - persistence and follow-through are non-negotiable
  • Build and maintain creator lists, databases, and CRM records including contact info, compensation, performance tracking, and communication history
  • Research, identify, and vet UGC creators and influencers aligned with brand aesthetic and campaign goals
  • Support the development and management of a full creator ecosystem - from first contact to onboarding, compensation, and performance reporting
  • Support campaign setup, daily checks, and optimization on TikTok.
  • Analyze weekly and monthly KPIs - engagement, reach, GMV, follower growth - and contribute to reporting for internal team meetings
  • Support A/B testing initiatives and present findings back to the team
  • Research trending content, creators, and platform-native strategies to keep campaigns and creator outreach relevant
  • Assist with LIVE commerce sessions including prep, coordination, and performance tracking (experience a plus)
  • Communicate proactively and consistently across internal teams - marketing, social, PR - and with external creators and partners
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 1-2+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social commerce
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume outreach and juggle multiple relationships simultaneously without dropping the ball
  • Experience building or maintaining spreadsheets, trackers, or CRM systems for contacts, campaigns, or creator management
  • Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and other major platforms - both as a content channel and a commerce tool
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and list management
  • TikTok Shop, Seller Center, or e-commerce platform experience is a strong plus
  • Experience with Shop Ads, paid social, or any performance advertising is a bonus
  • LIVE commerce or streaming experience is a bonus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Direct, clear, and proactive communicator - you over-communicate, not under
  • Thick-skinned and solutions-oriented - you don't quit when it gets hard, you find a way
  • Coachable and eager to learn new platforms, tools, and strategies as the space evolves
  • Able to prioritize and execute across multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
  • Not afraid to follow up repeatedly - with creators, with internal teams, with anyone - until the task is done
