  • Keep the content library organized and up-to-date, including photos, videos, recipe clips, wine features, and market/product showcases.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Support monthly social reporting by analyzing performance, deriving insights, and recommending improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with marketing, creative, restaurant, and retail teams to ensure content aligns with seasonal menus, special events, product launches, and broader business goals.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Approximately 2+ years of experience in social media and content creation, with familiarity of platform-specific best practices (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and a portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Experience managing and creating content for multiple accounts with distinct voices, audiences, and messaging styles.
  • Comfort with video editing and basic graphic design, from quick in app mobile edits to software such as Final Cut Pro, Canva, CapCut, or Adobe.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera, including in restaurant or kitchen settings, and open to playful or creative content aligned with the brand’s tone.
  • Awareness of social media trends, particularly in food, hospitality, and lifestyle sectors, with a creative approach to translating brand identity into engaging content.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with good command of English grammar and attention to detail, capable of communicating clearly and consistently on brand.
  • Familiarity with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) for content planning, reporting, and collaboration.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced restaurant, events and retail environment.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a desire to learn, grow, and develop professionally.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve guest or team-related conflicts effectively.
  • Willingness to accept guidance in a positive manner and implement direction productively.
  • Quick thinking and adaptability in a constantly changing environment.
