Social Media & Community Outreach Coordinator

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with experience in digital marketing, community outreach, healthcare marketing, or nonprofit engagement who is passionate about serving patients, families, healthcare partners, and the community.


Qualifications
Required

  • Capture photos, videos, patient and caregiver stories (with appropriate permissions), and event highlights.

  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics and provide monthly reports with recommendations for growth.

  • Ensure all marketing content complies with HIPAA and healthcare marketing regulations.


Community Outreach & Relationship Building

  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, senior living communities, nursing facilities, churches, civic organizations, veteran groups, and community partners.

  • Represent Heart'n Soul Hospice at community events, health fairs, networking functions, and educational presentations.

  • Coordinate sponsorships, community partnerships, and outreach initiatives to increase visibility and referrals.

  • Assist in developing educational programs that promote awareness of hospice services and advance care planning.

  • Cultivate relationships with referral sources and community stakeholders.


Event Planning & Brand Awareness

  • Coordinate community events, caregiver support activities, appreciation programs, and volunteer recognition events.

  • Manage event logistics, promotional materials, registration, and follow-up communications.

  • Develop digital campaigns.

  • Support public relations initiatives and community storytelling opportunities.

  • Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and community engagement.


Communications & Content Development
