About the Role

We're seeking a highly innovative Senior AI Artist to join our in-house social creative studio.

This is a senior individual contributor role for a visual designer with exceptional craft, strong conceptual thinking, and deep fluency in generative image and video models. You will translate briefs into fully-realized, social-first creative.

This role requires both aesthetic vision and technical mastery. You understand the strengths and limitations of different AI models, know when and why to use each, and can art direct outputs to achieve intentional, high-quality results. Most importantly, you are able to take a brief and independently drive it through concept, iteration, refinement, and final delivery.

You don't just generate assets - you own the creative outcome.

What You'll Do
  • Independently develop and produce visually sophisticated creative for AI-related social campaigns (prompt, edit, and ship)

  • Select the appropriate AI tools and models based on aesthetic goals, realism, motion complexity, speed, and production constraints

  • Art direct and refine outputs to meet Adobe's brand standards and creative bar

  • Rapidly prototype and iterate on ideas for launches, tentpole moments, and real-time social opportunities

  • Deliver production-ready social assets across static, motion, and hybrid formats to partner with post-production and design teams

  • Continuously evaluate emerging tools and evolve workflows to raise the team's AI craft standards

What You Bring
  • Strong working knowledge of leading generative image and video models and their relative strengths

  • Outstanding ability to recognize and compose compelling visual design across graphic, photography, motion, and video

  • A portfolio demonstrating high-level design craft, conceptual thinking, and strong execution

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Firefly and Adobe Creative Cloud

  • Deep understanding of social-first creative and platform nuances

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and feedback cycles in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong creative judgment and confidence in presenting and defending your work

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $120,700 -- $255,450 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California, the pay range for this position is $176,400 - $255,450

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
