Current opening for a Behavior Interventionist - Social Communications Program - Mason, Ohio
The position is located at the WCESC Western Row Campus full-time 5 days a week (Monday - Friday).
Warren County ESC's Social Communication Program is dedicated to providing high-quality education and support for students with complex needs of Autism or other Low Incidence Disabilities. Our team is committed to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Behavior Interventionist to join our team and support students in achieving their fullest potential. The Behavior Interventionist will work closely with students, educators, and support staff to implement behavior intervention strategies that promote positive behaviors, self-regulation, and academic success. This role involves data collection, direct student support, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized behavior plans. We are offering a competitive salary ranging from $25 to $37 per hour, based on years of experience and qualifications within this field. The position would follow a school schedule with holidays, weeks, and summers off.
